Dr. Kampe

Speaking of me, well please drop the gutless part.

This would seem the act of a selfish crazed individual, a thief, the scum of the earth that would disrupt the entire election process, and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

This person would have to be so desperate that they might do this senseless(after all he will be re-elected) act then go to boards all over town and post crazy thoughts from Parma.

This person would have to have some serious, mental issues, that hates something so bad, his common sense leaves him, while he posts to cities from afar.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Who could fit that bill?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Dr. Kampe please turn yourself in, get help it is not too late.

I will be glad to testify on your behalf. "Your honor, he is crazed in his hatred for Congressman Kucinich..."

I mean what are friends for.

Suspect?

Post by Dennis J Kampe »

JOB

Unless you were in Parma between the hours of 8pm and 12 on Weds Oct 8 , you are likely innocent of this "terrible" crime . You do have witnesses for this time frame ? However the Conspiracy option or contract trashing ( via the JOB enforcers ) is still valid

I am sure these kinds of things NEVER occur in the more refined , liberal - open to all , law abiding Lakewood area . Apparently the same cannot be said for the "Shoot them first - ask questions later " Parma neighborhoods. Maybe the 24/7 watch on the 5? Lakewood republicans is paying off .

Such is Life . Excuse me while I go out and gut a moose or a dog or maybe a pink flamingo

DJK

LO spell check (for me , for Parma? etc ) still NG

Dr. Kampe

Most liberals I know would put signs for either candidate back in. It has always seemed to me that liberals, like the discussion, others do not.

Still one must ask why a Doctor would be so crazed and obsessed to document this then post it to every board in Cleveland.

Almost like the act was done, but no one cared, so extra steps were needed.

See those violent tendencies surface again, with the need to gut something, anything, live, dead fake anything.

Maybe you could rip up some signs.

I do agree that stealing election signs is the work of a gutless person. But you have to agree that Congressman Kucinich does not need to do that as he glides back into office with the support of a folk hero.

A friend of mine who lives in Lakewood on what appears to be a mostly McCain part of the street (read: somewhere around Clifton Ave. area) had his Obama sign stolen. Since liberals are thought to be self-hating and anti-American my conclusion was my friend stole his own sign.

My sign, on the other hand, had babies. We put an Obama sign out on our lawn two days ago. An hour later, we looked out and there was a bright, new Dennis! sign right next to it!

It is the little miracles in life that keep me going.

Does Parma have an Observer yet??

Okay - this story is just ridiculous.

This stuff happens all the time in elections.

I have friends all over the country who have had multiple thefts of their Obama signs.

Some of made their own and secured them much more stabley to prevent theft.

This little post is just weird.

During the 2004 Bush election I had a 4x8 vinyl sign that had a PVC frame.

This sign was smashed 3+ times. Thankfully they did not puncture the sign but the PVC had to be replaced each time.

Two times I got sworn at from the street while I was putting the sign back up.

This city is definitely filled with some haters, and from my experience it is mostly from the left.

Just look at the bumper stickers the left sells - disgusting compared to the right.

No Parma Observer ( yet?)

We have PD-daily, Parma SunPost weekly and N.Royalton Gazette 2/month. Latter covers South and West Parma

Think new Observer in Garfield Hts? 2-3 months ago or there abouts

JOB should know location and time.

Ryan, I completely agree with you. I'd hate to have voted this fool into power and have to look at the bright future my party has in store for me. This sticker is absolutely horrifying.

Has anyone ever voted for a candidate because they saw a yard sign? Would people really think "Oh my goodness, I'm the only McCain supporter on my street. I'd better vote Obama or I'll never be invited to another coffee klatch!"

On the other hand, I've dismissed candidates based on a bad yard sign design.

Brian,

I think you may be very surprised at why some people vote for candidates.

Not everyone thinks. ;)

Small example of what I was talking about. Now I haven't seen all of these on local cars but I have seen quite a few. I have yet to have to keep my children from looking at a republican's car - they may say NOBAMA or I like my guns but never seen any profanity or any true hatred, it may be available but never seen one on a car.

If you like Obama look around you, a lot of crazy haters do too.

McCain is the safer choice.

Agreed.

I think yard signs are ugly and a nuisance regardless of who the candidate is. The only time we put one up was in the last election, which was my brothers first time voting. He was the first to be able to vote in our family. This year, my parents and I are voting for the first time, but still no sign. It's just another way of saying forcing your opinion on others.

Bumper stickers are a form of entertainment for me. You see all kinds. I've never said or thought to myself "Oh he's got a W '04 sticker, lets run him off the road." It makes me laugh that people go to such extremes to force their opinions on others.

Todd Shapiro has a W '04 bumper sticker and I asked him if he ever received any honks or fingers and he said he hasn't. So at least some part of Greater Cleveland is civilized.

One of my absolute favorite George Carlin quotes is this one:
"We Are The Proud Parents Of A Child Who's Self-Esteem Is Sufficient So That He Doesn't Need Us Advertising His Minor Achievements On The Back Of Our Car."--George Carlin

Enough said.

Dr. Kampe

You will have the PD for another 4-5 months according to my sources.

While we are working on a Parma Paper our philosphy is that it must be owned and operated by people who live in Parma. This makes set up much harder. About a 12 month lead in before launches.

However, we have the advertising in place.

Ready to be a publisher?

peace

ps- My Obama sign was crushed by some scoundrel, that can be seen crying today, as we put Dave's Insanity sauce on the edges.

Every election signs are destroyed or stolen for all candidates. I truly doubt that either the republican or the democratic parties encourage their member to destroy, deface or steal signs. These acts are done by losers and losers can be democrats, republicans, independents, etc.

So you are saying you democrat signs in the yard haven't been stolen? Of course you experience it from the left! :D

Maybe you should put both in your yard. That will confuse 'em. :-)
