Get That REALLY BIG Mortgage Right Now!!!!!!!

According to the Wall Street Journal one in six home owners owe more on their house than it is worth.

Why is it time to get that big mortgage?

Because John McCain and Barack Obama are intent on "stabalizing" the housing market and rescuing over extended home owners.

They both have proposals to buy mortgages to rescue the banks and then renegotiate the mortgage to rescue the home owner. People who over extended themselves by borrowing too much or buying a bigger house than they can afford are set to receive one trillion dollars in public assistance. Talk about welfare mothers!!!!!

Republicans and Democrats now agree that it is the governments job to insure that houses always appreciate in value through the GAGH program (Guaranteed Annual Growth in Housing).

If you bought a house you could afford, if you put money down, if you paid the house payment rather than the credit card bill you are out of luck. If you rent you are out of luck. If you have no mortgage you are out of luck. In other words about 90% of the American people are out of luck. That just isn't fair.

Get the big mortgage and over extend yourself so you too can take advantage of the GAGH program.

If you rent, contact your congressman so you too can get a piece of the action.

If you live in an area that did not share in 300% increases in housing values contact your congressman so you to can get a piece of the action.

You get the idea!! Get involved!! You're not part of the solution unless you are part of the problem!!

And remember, the first duty of the citizen is to get a bigger piece of the action.
