Justine,
First of all, none of this is MY argument. Second, what a person does or doesn't want taught in schools is irrelevent to the point I'm trying to make.
My question is this... how do you make the jump to someone having no brains simply because they have a different opinion or proposal?
I'm not in any way suggesting that she is RIGHT, simply that you have done nothing to show that she's stupid, or brainless, or a moron.
Further, I'm concerned with how cavalier you are with the use of these terms, since I'm guessing you wouldn't be so casual about it if they were directed at you or anyone in your family.

Bret, she isn't like any of us, she is running for vice president and the fact that she does not come across as an intelligent person is very relevant to this race. I want people in the white house that are of above average intelligence, I want the best of the best, not an average Joe. We will see how she does on Thursday but going by her interviews I am not expecting much. She seems to ramble on a lot which makes it seem like she is lost. She just seems in over her head.

Bret,
First, you made it your argument when you said in the earlier post that sex ed should be taught by parents. That misconception by right wing Christians is hurting the country and not helping with pregnancies or with abortions.
Second, it is not just my opinon that Sara doesn't have even close to enough brain cells to run the country we all live in! My sister just called from Chicago to ask me what is wrong with Ohio (I get that from everyone who lives outside of Ohio and doesn't get that it is not Cuyahoga County but the rural areas voting R) and how Chicago hate Palin for her views and for her lack of knowledge in everything this country is in need of in her three interviews they let her do. Since this topic is about MOM's opinions, I am giving the opinions of most moms in Chicago area too.
Third, most MOMS are absolutely appalled at a figure that could run this country in the worst state it has ever seen in our days who isn't even raising her baby with disabilities or other children. My sister is as femisist as you can get and it sickens her. Horrible role model with her pregnant teen holding her disable baby to parade it as if it proves she cares about disabilities in this country. Action speaks louder than words.
Last, I have not put myself in a position to have my family talked about or myself. How dare you use the word cavalier when I state my opinions on a public OPINION board when my real concern is the CAVALIER attitude that could run this country even further down. Go get some therapy for your "concern" over little old me's attitude that happens to be the MAJORITY right now. You don't seem concerned when the democrats families are put under the gun.

Soooo Gals...Let me get this straight.
If you support Palin, you are a mindless moron.
If you get kicked off of Cleveland.com for posting hateful lies attacking someone as a horrible mother who is running for City Council, you are a feminist?
The motivation was the same.
So if you don't agree with someone, you should spend your time bashing them on the internet.
Sounds fun.

Colleen,
First, I am not your gal.
Second, what in the world are you talking about with another website and why are you bringing it here and into an arena that has nothing to do with it, even though you claim to identify with Palin because you both are moms in politics?
Third, which post called you a moron for believing Paliln? And by the way, freedom of speech enables us (and millions of other Americans) to label Palin a moron.

Use your metaphors wisely little grass hopped up.

Lie enough and the truth won't exist I guess...

Ryan I've done a lot of things in my life - lying is not one of them.
Don't you ever say that again.
There are a million stories in the naked city - but dear I don't call things that I don't know.

No Justine - that was me.
I was at the courthouse the day the hearing was happening.
I read the docket.
I did post it on cleveland.com Colleen - you really need to think before you yourself in a position where you will get criticism if you can't take it.
It's politics dear.
By the way - I was given the heads up on the docket, before it happened, by 7 different people who knew what was coming up. And I was woman enough to show up there. Remember, I sat right next to you and talked to you.
I said you were being accused of it and you were. I didn't say you were abusive - don't even go there.

Well if Republicans can spend millions of dollars of our money digging up a dress with semen on it then I guess at the local level running for "politics" opens you up to others putting your business out there too. Politics are a dirty game.
But none of that has anything to do with the topic here. If the thread is about moms and Palin, Colleen, and you are one on the thread who is for her, why not post ten things she stands for that you believe in? Why not try to prove people wrong by sticking to issues and facts?

Oh and Colleen I didn't get kicked off, I only went on there for a small time to make a couple of points and point out discrepancie.
Don't ever call someone a liar when they may have documentation Colleen. Like a court docket.

How does that link connect Palin's beliefs and Jim Jones? They both may not be mainstream but they are very different.
Jim Jones was a communist atheist. Did you even ready my link??
Here is your quote again
"Jim Jones, who, as a matter of fact, was a member of the same dominionist religious whatever it is, as Sarah Palin is."
The "Third Movement" that Palin is part of is definitely different but it is no way connected to Jim Jones.
Maybe you just misread things, there is a Bob Jones, but not Jim.

No it's Jim - he was assembling Joel's Army - he wasn't a communist. Wikipedia is only as good as the people who input - it's not gospel (thought you'd like that).
There more but I think you can do more research than what you did. I've been studying and researching this stuff for a long time Ryan.
