the big wall street players holding mortgage backed securities must be claiming some kind of mental disability. quick, somebody hand them 700 billion dollars!

Good point!

It's harder to make the moral hazard argument opposing forgiving Aunt Janes mortgage when the feds bail out the bond holders of Lehman Brothers. Even more so when the management team that bankrupted one of the countries finast corporations get $2.5 billion in bonuses.

I appreciate your sentiment.

I will get out my magic crowbar and pry off all the lawyers that enable frivolous or unjust disability claims.

That sounds dangerously close to reaching common ground which I am pretty sure is in violation of the posted rules. :lol:
