I don't think that more violence is the answer.

The only real solution is to turn the City over to criminals. It's not that I support the criminals, its just that I'm against crime and I want the violence to end.

I would agree. At least not until the local government steps up to meet certain benchmarks of responsibility.

However, perhaps instead, we could negotiate a redistricting of city limits to enable each group to individually control a seperate region. After all, most of these people will never be able to live peacefully together.

those folks have a lot of energy. they could make decent wages working agricultural labor over the summer. hundreds of miles away. after the season they can return to town and show off all the money they made.
