A rock and roll hall of fame Annex has been announced for New York City. I do not know if an official license is required from Rock and Roll to open a museum devoted to Rock and Roll. there are many war museums for the civil war.

When I look at the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame building I think of the blandest hit music of the 1980s or a rerun of The Jetsons or the plastic and foam packaging you would unpack a new stereo from.

As an official annex to the Rock and Roll hall of fame, they can draw on the artifacts of the official Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They can get in on the inauguration concerts. They can stuff it into some reconditioned warehouse district building in new york that is made of real steel and bricks.
