RTA is willing to spend $50 million to serve 400 condos that don’t exist but Lakewood’s community circulator is to expensive to operate.

Many people have told me that I don’t understand how government works and my answer remains the same: You’re right, I don’t.

However Cleveland has no leadership, no plan, no vision. However many groups within Cleveland do, and some are quite breathtaking.
