It's a long video, well over an hour. Watch the first five minutes or so for context (he's dying of cancer but unflappable) and then start again at just over an hour. Where he says be a Tigger don't be an Eeyore. You won't be disappointed.

Thanks so much for posting this. It was a fascinating talk, and the 'head fake' at the very end just about made me cry.
