We could spend our payments at:

Lakewood Hardware (Mulch, peat moss, and garden supplies.)
Geiger's (New suits and ties.)
Rozi's Wine Shop (Nice bottle of wine.)

I can think of a few (actually a lot) of nice ways to spend your rebate check, while enjoy the fruits of your labor.

~Markko Vineyards (Ohio winery) Reserve Chardonnay--great for the front porch
~Rutherford Ranch Cabernet Sauv. (California)--great body, rich fruit, smooth finish, soft tannins--and Cabernet's are the best wine for your heart!!
~Moscato Allegro--sweet dessert wine, great to finish the evening with
