Based on the article, I don't think it's coming to Cleveland until 2010. I don't think we're considered one of Cox's "high competition" areas.

Maybe if AT&T ever figures out Uverse that may change.

I think it would depend on if the 1GHz and SDV upgrades are happening here. If they have upgraded the network or if it is currently underway, then I would assume DOCSIS 3.0 is just around the corner.

You and me both. With DOCSIS 3.0 having speeds of up to 160MBps, it would really give the competition a run for its money.
