After controversy erupted last month over Comcast's use of crowd filler at the FCC's network neutrality hearing in Harvard, Silicon Valley gossip blog Valleywag claimed the agency was considering a second hearing in Stanford. When asked, FCC boss Kevin Martin denied the report. So it makes perfect sense that the FCC has now announced (pdf) a second network neutrality & traffic shaping public hearing at Stanford on April 17.
