Eisenhower had no previous political experience before being "drafted" into the Presidency.

Lincoln...former State Representative who became a one-term US Representative.

And so on. Presidents have won with less experience than the current crop of candidates. Some with quite a bit less.

Anyone that doesn't believe that Hillary was a close advisor to her husband during the 8 years that he was president is fooling themself.

She wasn't a one night stand. She was his partner - I think perhaps more intellectually and politically than romantically.

I didn't vote for her in the primary - but I don't question her abilities. I think she is incredibly smart. She works amazingly hard. She is organized. She is not charismatic. She tends to micromanage. She is not an idea person - but an implementer.

We could all argue if Govenors have the foreign relation experience which Senators, congressmen and Generals have. We can argue that those individuals don't have the economic experience that Gov. have. We can argue that the more experience you have in Washington the farther you are removed from the common citizen. All are valid points. There isn't one perfect person. There are points that I like and dislike about all 3 candidates left - but any one of them is qualified to be president.
