Mayor Frank Jackson taking Wall Street to Court.

Post by Jim DeVito »

The city of Cleveland suing 21 of wall streets biggest mortgage lenders.

They are using the same argument they mad for lead based paint. The fact that sub-primes are a public nuisance and are having a negative impact in the community.

Wow will be interesting to see how this one turns out.

Good - I wish Lakewood would do the same thing.

Interesting article on there also about Payday Loans. They are big time loan sharks and we have one right in Marc's Plaza. They prey on the working poor and they should be run out of town on a rail.

Payday loans fall under predatory lending. A key issue as well for DK and his camp. He's been speaking against this stuff for a long time, and everyone made fun of him.

This guy isn't a fool...

Look for more in an article to come by yours truly.
