You've got to try their German-style hotdogs ... you'll never ever have anyone else's hotdogs again. The flavor is just astounding. I had heard of them, but never went there until this summer (pre-Bourdain), and bought a few things, but when I stepped outside and they had their grill fired up, I tried one of the hotdogs, and was immediately so impressed I ran back inside and bought a dozen. The beer brats are very good, as is their holiday kielbasa. It's an old-school kind of place, which should be celebrated because they smoke their own meats, and make their sausages all by hand.

And the results are delicious!

Another compelling factor to consider is that the sausages/brats are 100% Nitrate Free.

No Nitrates - cool.
