Symon - He's amazing.

Is the fix in because of Ruhlman?

I thought he was doomed when Ruhlman outed him for using a recipe from his pastry chef - something only a Lola diner would know.

Ruhlman was at Lolita last week when Iron Chef was on - I wonder if he'll be there again tomorrow night...

He was amazing - so was Besh - very talented men.

Lola's will be packed every night.

You guys are great!

I had an emergency during the show and missed the ending - can you imagine? I ran back to the computer and I searched all over the web to see if it was posted yet and not one site had information - that is, until I came here.
Thanks so very much for posting th results and keeping me from losing it!

I'm very happy Symon won. It's a real feather in the cap for Cleveland.

There's a pretty lively discussion over on Michael Ruhlman's site.

As most of us have seen, the three Iron Chefs voted for Symon, as did Ruhlman. The other two judges voted for Besh.

Does Symon have a Cuisine affiliation yet? The others are something like French, Italian, and American-South-West.

Hopefully they will replace the Mark DiCascos Chairman with Randy "Macho Man" Savage. He can exceed the flamboyance and Charisma of Chairman Kaga in a way Americans can understand.

Most likely, his slant is on Mediterranean/Greek.
