UPS sucks!

Ahhhhhh the disappointment I had this morning when I read that my new lens was delivered only to find out that it's nowhere to be found.

I'm furious over the fact that my item is nowhere to be found, and that UPS has continuously given me a hard time when it comes to deliveries, and that if you are lucky enough to get through to customer service and talk to a human being they are the rudest people you can come across.

It states that my package was delivered at 12:21PM today and was left on my front steps. I didn't hear a knock, or a door bell, or anything at all. I didn't give them a signature since I didn't even know anyone was here! Yet still it says my package was delivered and now I have to go through a bunch of "crap" to get my lens here in another week.

It's not at my neighbors houses either. or my side door, back door/patio, mailbox. It's nowhere to be found.

Have any of you had troubles with UPS? I have always found FedEx to be the best service for me. Always on time and always make sure to hand me the package if not put it in my MAILbox.

Sorry to hear that Ivor. I've had pretty good experiences with UPS.

The good news is that when FedEx merges with UPS the new company will be called:


FedUp

haahaha.

They ended up delivering the package down the street. Oh well.

In the end, we're all healthy and doing well.. that's all that counts.
