Yeah, I saw that linked on Brewed Fresh Daily. With the previous endorsements offered by other Decksters, I'm looking forward to trying them out the next time we have pizza night.

I've had New York Style several times. Nice people but not quite in the Italian register of The Original Umbertos http://www.originalumbertos.com/, my benchmark for a slice and a pie.

Sauce is the weakest element. Texture of the dough is not quite up to snuff.

The Palestinian originator traveled from Brooklyn to Cleveland. When I last spoke to him maybe ten years ago in the old K-Mart Plaza spot he mentioned he imports ingredients from the east coast. Alas the pizza is, in my New York State of Mind, not even close to the best you will taste on Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, the kind of stuff you can gobble three slices a day, seven days a week.
