This thread is for posting any predictions you have for the rapidly upcoming season. It can be about any team, high school, college or pro.
Here are my assorted predictions:
Browns win five games, Cowboys get great draft choice.
Atlanta Falcons finish even lower than the Browns, get even better draft choice.
Romeo survives the entire season.
Browns win at least one division game (yippee!).
Brady becomes starter by mid-October. Team still struggles.
"Marty or Cowher" becomes the hot topic among Browns fans by Halloween.
Lakewood Rangers have a surprisingly good August/September.
Michigan will NOT win the Big Ten.
Not coincidentally, this is Lloyd Carr's final season.
Ignatius beats Eds.
Akron Zips beat either Indiana or Connecticut (this is football, not basketball)
Northwestern plays in a bowl game.
At some point in the season, other NFL players will be accused of attending (but not operating) dog fights.
Feel free to add yours.

I think I may have come closest to getting last year's Browns predictions right, but i think I agree with you on the number 5.
Most of these wins will come towards the end of the season.
The Mighty Quinn will be too little, too late.
The huge number of penalties will not decrease. We will be calling for Romeo's head by regular season, game four.
The offensive line will attempt to protect Quinn. Receivers will find footballs bouncing off their various body parts as quarterbacks (unsuccessfully) attempt to connect with them.
The defense will still not grasp the fact that they can score points and they will wilt like the delicate little flowers that they are after half-time.
There will be no happiness in the third quarter.
This will be another year of "rebuilding."
Hope I'm wrong. I love the Browns.

If the Browns only win 5 games, I'll pat myself on the back for having the foresight to sell my entire package of season tickets to a broker....and hope he'll buy them again next year.
If the Browns win 8 or more, my PSLs will finally be worth what I paid for them and I can unload them.
