A great night was had by all! I almost did not recognize Jim O'B and Steve Davis with their Sunday Best attire!
The new library is truly a beautiful place. There were so many positive Lakewood supporters tonight ....so much positive energy to remind us why we call Lakewood our home!
Thanks for a great evening!

My two oldest boys(and two friends/LHS grads too) work for Sammy's Catering and all four worked the event last night.
When they arrived home last night(oops...they were past curfew!) they went on and on about how spectacular the event was. They named off a long list of people they knew. Friends of the family, parents of some of their friends, coaches, teachers, they even knew who Mayor George and Dr. Estrop were.
They said the library is 'incredible'. Zack described the various rooms to me in detail. We got such a nice playback from the evening. They told us some of the auction bids they heard(which they were amazed at) for items, the baskets and the music. The food(which the servers get to eat if there are left overs) was "amazing". They were told there were 625 people there.
Kudos to all involved. They boys and I all agreed we are so blessed to live in Lakewood! It was a great night and they are proud to be 'Rangers'.

Was great to see everyone. I was almost apocalyptic looking at the people that were talking and laughing together. You know, cats loving dogs, birds loving cats... A lot of fun.
But this suit thing has gotten a little out of hand. just because of few of us have worked our lives into position of comfort no reason to make such a big deal of it
Nice seeing you and everyone last night.
I bet he wasn't wearing socks either! shhhhhh.

It was nice to meet you at Ivor's show Friday night.
I think for reasons of legality, the number was 610.
Jeff could answer this better than I.
