Encoourage people to walk Madison Avenue on Saturday? In May or June.

We discussed the last weekend in May, but other ideas, are we doing the word scramble, raffle this weekend? t-shirts????? if any store is offering a special sale and wine/hors'doeveres, etc, something to draw people in, a workshop, lecture, etc. please post here to get it in the article in the hard copy paper!!!! I even had children's activities at my shop one event to bring in people!!! Make them want to come out!!!!! Jim can we get the city to allow businesses to set things outside??? I would vote for balloons for participating businesses!!!

i like it...i don't have high hopes for the raffle..
but i like the idea of each establishment offering something.

I thin k every business needs to have a sale, something on the street, and the raffle.
