I think it has the feel we need.

Before we produce, we need to decide on a logo.

The group, a few or you and I, or I.

I agree and I will say it here. You and I volunteer our time to help this project. People need to step up now and show up at meetings or participate on the board for it to work. This is for the Madison businesses.

I believe we have people on Madison that cannot see the forest for the trees. They scramble and run talking the sky is falling yet it is the unfocused running and shouting that stops success.

We have a good group, they will focus I am sure.

Our vote for the flag and logo

Post by Joe Buchta »

Hi Everyone - Sharon and I just reviewed the logos once again, and we definitely like the version that is illustrated with the cityscape in the background. The font is soft/elegant and the overall flag, inviting... it seems to be a good choice overall if, of course, the other members agree.

Just in case, we really like the first logo also that is labeled on the list as "current". This label really pops! Does anyone else feel this way about this logo? It might be nice to see an example of a flag with the "current" logo.

Also, the slogan "shop locally" sounds pretty good but maybe we play ball with the city overall, per Sharon and just go with "Shop Lakewood"?

Ok, enough chatter for tonight, go CAVS!
Have a great Memorial Holiday everyone!!
