Catholic legalese

Post by ryan costa »

Pope ends Limbo.

The current Pope has ended Limbo. Limbo was the disignated room for infants who died before being baptized.

I am confused on this issue. It would seem construable from the Catholic Church's explanation of why abortion is wrong that people can be somehow baptized in utero. Why has this not been the case if people are so concerned about children going to a hell or limbo afterlife?

Innovation can create new Catholic Technology. Home Pregnancy tests with a special 1-800 hotline to call. A special ambulance will pick up the expectant mother and drive her to church for an emergency baptism.

The explanation for it for those interested, or just curious, can be found among other places at: http://www.religionnewsblog.com/16159/p ... e-of-limbo

Organized religions while an individual "thing", appear to adjust their teachings at times, and each in their own way seem to do these things to help satisfy those that follow the teachings.

Wwhen it comes to partial birth abortions, our toddler was photographed when 5 months into the pregnancy (in the womb of course). She responded to music, and to sudden loud noises, among other things.

Partial birth abortions, have Doctors jamming a rod or scissors into the head of a baby of the same "age" or even "older", and killing them. They do this while the baby is IN the womb so it's legal where if OUT of the womb it would be murder. The distance is what, a few centimeters?
Amazing.

I look at our little one now and am still amazed how barbaric and murderous that act is done and who supports it, especially well known people and more so, politicians who are currantly seeking the Presidency.

Regarding that post, I hope readers of my post understand I was making fun of my own lack of knowledge in that level of math and nothing more.
