I assume work may have slowed during the winter. Now that spring is around the corner, does anyone know if the Cliffs on Rocky River condominium development is near completion of the first phase? This website says the first residents will arrive Spring 2007.

I have tried to keep an eye out while going down Sloane, but you really can't tell what is going on down there from that angle.
Will this condominium association allow rentals? (serious question) My lease is up this summer.
Thanks.

Doug:
They need to update their website. No construction has started.
I drive by the site everyday, and to date, here's what I've observed:
They rented a fence to put around their boarded-up houses. They emptied all the junk out of those houses into the back yards. They took down a couple of trees and shrubs, and left them where they fell. Judging by the pile of trash in the rear, it appears that they haven't thought about a dumpster.
It's been like that all winter. I can't believe City Hall hasn't made them clean up their act. It's a great way to welcome people entering Lakewood... our newest blighted area!
You should think about someplace else when your lease is up.
