Now that the new refuse facility is up and running, they are tearing down the old facility for the new Dog Pound.

One of the last things to come down were the two 6 story smoke stacks. I stopped by on a cold and snowy day to watch the demolition.

The person working the wrecking ball was one of the most talented, and least destructive operators I have ever watched. He was taking them down almost a brick at a time. It became very cold, and painful to watch.
