Is North Cost College, formerly Virginia Marti College, closed and done forever?
Are those buildings sitting there waiting to be sold and to find their next use?

Just hoping that whatever happens to the parcel, it is not partially funded for redevelopment like the Studio W117th project, which has been a major disappointment since opening. The City got all caught up in the hype and now the place is struggling to survive. And what was supposed to be an apartment complex for LBGTQ+ people is now a paved parking lot that sits empty because no one wants to pay $30 to park overnight there. City Council and the Mayor were so far up Armond Budish's kid's a** that they were tripping over each other to throw money and incentives in his direction. Another example of the City's precious real estate resources being squandered.
