UPDATED - High Wind, Damages, Gusting To 50 mph Through Tomorrow

Truck on Lake and Cranford had a large tree fall on it.

House on Grace had massive branch fall on it causing extensive damage.

These photos are from 8pm. There were also trees down on Arthur, Winchester, Maile, and Riverside.

In the morning light, with winds still climbing and temps dropping...

You can see just how big the branch was. It came down from about 30', and reached across the top of the house and well into the backyard.

many more trees down. This one in backyards between Virginia and Lakeland.

Power was out in many small areas around town.

The wind is suppose to increase throughout the night hitting speeds of 50 mph or more by 5am.

Looks like that tree was hollowed and susceptible to wind like this. Take a good look at trees that may show signs and have then checked by an arborist.

Every tree here has rot. Most were Silver Maples that are reaching the end of their life as well.

The one on the pickup failed at the base, and there was no root cluster left, all rotted.

Any one of these trees could have killed someone coming down.
