We were relaxing at Edgewater Park when it rolled in.
When the hail came we hid out in a garage.
Suddenly water was coming out of the floor.
Fearing getting flooded in we left.
Quickly the water was over the curbs and flooding the drains.
Madison avenue underpass. One side made it...
Then the three on the right tried it, and two never made it up the hill.
Meanwhile over at the Highland Avenue underpass...
A Mercedes SUV was not only dead in the water but floating away!
Farther in the underpass and in deeper water a red car slowly sinks.
The St. Ed Lacrosse players look on in disbelief.
Then tried to pull it out themselves.
Then gave up.
Water was running fast.
