Biggest mistake riding a motorcycle, ridding the Grand Army of the Republic Hwy in the summer, it's always under construction with one lane traffic. The second was driving into Lakewood Park, forgetting the pool opened and those far and near were frolicking in the water. It took five minutes for me to navigate around cars waiting for someone to pull out or the aimless driving around looking for a vacant than parking space to leave Dodge. You can consider access to the rest of the park closed on weekends in good weather. I appears that the City of Lakewood planning kept their tradition, insufficient parking.
