Let me claify something that might be confusing.

When I say "we" I am usually referring to friends that I work with.

When I say VAL it refers to a tracking system/program that allows people to bring out of the box ideas to a table of radical thinkers with tons of success in various areas to digest, drill down, vet and try to implement or throw away.

Rarely does the "Observer" speak on anything. as pointed out in another thread it is nothing more than a stage for ANYONE to throw out stories, questions, ideas, etc.

After reading my last thread I can understand the confusion.

Hope this clarifies.

I'm beginning to notice an increase in statements that you claim I've made that just sound inaccurate. I don't know if this is a matter of simple misinterpretation or what it is but it's making it tough to openly discuss anything. It's not easy to talk to someone that turns everything that you say around and insists that it's what you said. I suppose it too, could be yet another reason that the local politicians that we discussed last week wouldn't want to post anything. I mean if you're going to misquote me, just imagine what they stand to lose.

Maybe you missed it the first time, but I don't believe I agree with what VAL is working on. It's not a matter of how easy or hard it is to find out more. If it doesn't promise to offer me anything why would I look into it further. But different strokes for different folks, if those things do it for you then have a blast.

And you may be right. The more I learn, the more I think that we are quite possibly on different tracks. While I gather that you have totally misunderstood my hopes (with bogus comments that I want Lakewood to become just like Westlake), I have to say that I am losing faith that there's going to be a whole lot of things that we collaborate on. Time will tell.

I will not defend the reason why people/politicians do not take part in the discussion. I have been asking and the reasons heard seem to be legit.

If I twist please point it out. I try to use quotes when I can. What was twisted this time? One thing I hate about the failings of e_talk is so much is lost, abbreviated, etc. Many people that hate me online, find me just mildly aggravating in real life. Many do not.

If we work together or not, is in your court, and I am not the Observer. People do things different ways and believe in different things and how to do things. This is human nature. Sometimes neither is wrong, or both are wrong. Que sera sera. I appreciate your effort. I appreciate your time, and I appreciate your involvement here.
