Triallist also rated these cities on top of the list. 1. Chicago · 2. New York · 3. New Orleans · 4. Boston · 5. San Francisco · 6. Washington, D.C. · 7. San Diego · 8. Portland, Oregon. Not sure it was an insult and not a compliment to Lakewood.
