Giant Eagle Short Staffed - Departments Closed

On yesterdays shopping trip I noticed that prerepared foods, deli, fresh seafood, and fresh meats were blacked out. Many sale and non sale items were unavailable.

This morning I shopped at the Rocky River Giant Eagle. No departments were blacked out and the sale items were fully stocked.

Too what extent are the problems at the Lakewood store caused by management decisions to deliberately degrade service in Lakewood?
