Christmas In The Era Of COVID

Post by Jim O'Bryan »

We are all used to everything getting more crowded, more frustration, and longer lines everywhere. With Omicron sneaking into Northern Ohio, and becoming the dominant strain of COVID moving through the state and the world. Lines at the COVID Testing/Vaccine facility was around the block!

While Delta still rages on Omicron has surpassed it. Over the last two weeks Omicron has gone from less than 1% of all infections to 73%!

The best way to stay healthy is vaccine and a boost.

If you want to be extra safe, and kind to others, wear a mask inside or with people you are not sure are vaccinated.

While 62% of Ohio has been vaccinated, only 41% has been boosted.

All hospital are shutting down on elective surgery, and any surgery that keeps a person overnight.

Hang on it will be a wild ride.
