Bars and Restaurants
If the bar owner or employees cannot control the bar environment with regards to the opening guidelines they should close. As far as enforcement, the State of Ohio is putting together a large enforcement unit They will surge in to conduct safety checks, and they can issue and potential remove a person’s liquor license for non-compliance.

Sports, Sports Leagues Fitness Centers - Opening May 21 - We did not include schools. The state is going to coordinate with schools on the proper way to get school athletes ready for the fall season. We are not sure schools will be open at this time, but they know the training is important.

Churches - Churches have never been closed, it has always been up to the churches.
