In what can best be called a terrible couple of years financially for the City of Lakewood, the residents of Lakewood have stepped up once again. Lakewood, long before the restaurant and bar based economy favored by the last two administrations, has gone backed to it roots in overwhelmingly supporting education, and learning.
This is great news for the city. With so many losses of public institutions and high paying jobs, the residents refuse to lose anymore.
This is indeed a great day for Lakewood, and our kids.
