They Are Back! Open! And Tasting Great! Roman Fountain Returns

Last night over 6 months of hard work by the Campbells paid off! The Pizza Legend Roman Fountain Pizza returns!


Since the 50s the name Roman Fountain meant damn good pizza in Lakewood. I am glad to say that has returned.

I heard they were open, called in for my usual, a meatball sandwich with side salad.

I would post a photo, but it had been months since I had one. And I was thinking maybe with one bite out of it, or two, anyway I are it and the salad. Not only the best meatball sub in Lakewood, but also a salad that is always fresh and delicious.



It was liking walking into your personal kitchen, still friendly fast, and the same great taste!



If you love pizza, you know old school pizza like the stuff that tasted great in 1950 and still taste great today, Call Roman Fountain, let's flood this Lakewood family owned tradition and welcome them back.

They earned it, besides it taste great too!

We're east enders and not frequent pizza eaters anymore, but Natalie and I were recounting our early years living on Woodward and got a hankering for some RF ... had not honestly known they were closed for a while. Got a couple calzones and they did not disappoint... still some of the best pizza in the city. And the space is more open and clean looking than the old days. Well done.
