It was announced thay the new OneLakewood Development is now valued at $72 million dollars. Of course this number is nearly twice what they originally said. But now they have to cover up their total failure to get anything worthwhile for the City.
How do we know, well let's look at a recently announced $50 million dollar mixed use development covering 55 acres!
Yep $50 million, to develop 55 acres. Guess what, they paid market price for the land too!
