I suspect that this group will reap the benefit of the money looted from Lakewood Hospital.

One of the motivations for the destruction of Lakewood Hospital was to transfer the cost of charity care from the Cleveland Clinic to the people of Lakewood.

Theoretically...

The Cleveland Clinic which used to underwrite North Coast Health Ministry, could now channel that money through 3-Arches, that would take a small handling fee, and pass it through to the newly named group. Thereby continuing the CCF's help of undeserved, while making it look like 3-Arches is actually doing something.
