Over 100 people had turned out within the first 20 minutes....when I left at 11:30, they were serving number 40. (there's a bakery-style "take a number" system).
County employees are doing a pretty good job keeping things moving.
The event goes until 7pm....if you are in line at 7pm, they will serve you regardless of how late it is.
They've even gone past 10pm at earlier stops.
