First, I want to point everyone in the direction of former council-member Ed Graham's excellent Forum article in this issue.

Yep, folks, its a $25 million dollar public giveaway to an obviously "impoverished" developer who can only afford to pay us 4 U.S. Quarters for the assets!

Second, I want to acknowledge and thank the entire staff of the Lakewood Observer for the success of a delightful home-town community newspaper!
