WHERE is this mobile stroke unit?
Is there only ONE?
How long does it take to get from wherever it is, to the patient in Lakewood?
What if it is in rush hour?
Does it have sirens and flashers and Is it allowed (by Cleveland law) to speed through Cleveland to get here?
What if the mobile stroke unit is already at someone else's house in Shaker? How long does the Lakewood patient wait?
What happens to the stroke patient who has to wait 45 minutes for the mobile unit to arrive? What mental abilities do they lose?
