Bullet 1) Jobs and Stronger Community - Since coming into office not only has Lakewood hemorrhaged high paying jobs, it has become the most divided it has ever been in 50 years.

Bullet 2) Honest Government - Claims to have fought for transparency while residents were lied to and kept in the dark for over 6 years with plans he was working on to cut jobs, and get rid of largest public asset to benefit supporters. Residents still fighting in court for documents to undestand Bulllock/City Hall Cover-up for 3-years even though courts have demanded they be released.

Bullet 3) Protecting Health Care - Worked in secret to close publicly owned hospital, rid the city of its anchor, and destroy health care in this town.

Bullet 4) Inclusion - Nope! How so Tom? Talk is cheap, you have made it harder for 80% of Lakewood's families in their day to day lives.

Bullet 5) Safety and Services - There are more police cars not running at 100% then when he came into office. Car jackings up, since he came into office. And services!!! City services and city crews cut, Health and Human Services department all but closed. Support for poor, mentally ill, seniors and others services severely cut, or destroyed all on his watch.

The only thing up in this city is secrecy and two-bit politicians willing to say anything to crawl up the ladder.

Jim-The irony in all of this is that his colleagues on council are hiding their major accomplishment: closing the hospital. Prior to Tom Bullock, Sam O’Leary, and the rest of the “democrats” on city council, the hospital existed in Lakewood for over 100 years. It took a few spineless politicians to destroy a community institution.
