Why would a guy who claims to be a successful attorney, a development consultant employed by Carnegie Management, owner of a chain of community newspapers, and owner of a consulting group called “Democratic Strategies” (formerly Great Lakes Strategies) be so hard up he has to take a part-time job as a magistrate in a second rate Mayors Court.
