In his ongoing campaign against open and transparent government (and to find new and creative ways to take advantage of the little guy), Jay Carson quietly filed papers earlier this week to runs as an alleged Republican for House District 13.

No announcement and fanfare yet?

Will earn an endorsement from the Lakewood Republican Club or the Lakewood Dem Club?

Will Rick Uldricks be helping both Bullock and Jay Carson in this race?
