O'Leary's "President" Record is Measurably Worse Than Browns

O'Leary is 0 and 24 in his past two years as council president---He has accomplished nothing!

At least the Browns are 1 and 29!---And at least the Browns have changed management and personnel and are trying to improve.

O'Leary's only accomplishment is maintaining his "power" and position--and he has done it by spineless rubber stamping of everything Summers, Pae and Butler tell him to do.

Here comes the water bill increases...next up the tax increases...

O'Leary has allowed Negative Personal Politics to overtake Lakewood.

Will the 2018 council at least try to change?

Or will it stand staring backwards and allow O'Leary to cling to his past failures?
