How could this dirty deal go unpunished? People get busted for stealing cleaning supplies and candy bars.

Mark has become a bit jaded. For decades he thought he lived in a pretty nice city where everything was on the up and up. Now after two years of looking into just how underhanded and dirty these deals are, and the fact that the city can get away with finds of $1,000 a document, and still let their friends keep millions, he has become jaded and frustrated.

Myself, I have hope but most of it is through the ballot box, and running these people from office, and then holding them accountable.

Had City Council stood with the people instead of becoming the shills of government we might have had a chance. But at every turn, they played deaf and dumb.

However, I do believe a new day is coming, and I will tell you why when I am done with this edition of the paper.

Until then, back to the production room.

The hospital will be bulldozed rubble before we know it. Gone!

The hospital property will be given to someone else before we know it. Gone!

The hospital assets vanished into the abyss of the Master Agreement two years ago. Gone!

Tax increases for Lakewood residents and those working in Lakewood. SOON!

Given the whopping misrepresentations in this particular email, Mr. O'Bryan's optimistic constitution has been soundly challenged. By the date of this email, LHA was negotiating with the Clinic to close the hospital and liquidate its assets and build an FHC on the site.

Four years later, we are still getting misrepresentations from the city administration as reflected in other posts made today.
