The Cliffs on Sloane

I'm curious as to how the development is proceeding.

I know the two houses next to the Harborview are eventually coming down, but will they leave them up while the work is going on or will they be torn down to provide an access road to the hillside?

I checked the website and there wasn't much info there. Anyone familiar enough to know?

I spoke with one of the developers yesterday and asked the same question. My understanding is that the houses are being demolished as early as January, once the building department approves the demolition permit. I don't believe there will be any hangups in that process.
