Let's take a break from "El Seriouso" (is that a word?) and let me introduce you to the world's greatest pianist,

KHATIA BUNIATISHVILI .While cruising through YouTube, looking for the person that plays Clair de Lune, the "best", I came across
Khatia. Being a keyboard player since the civil war, I know what I know regarding technique, interpretation, raw emotion. Khatia has it all, and then

p.s. I did find Khatia playing Clair de Lune. She was the best, as far back as recorded music exists, during my research. Also, she was a prodigy at age 3, her first concert at age 6, and she is now 30. She has a penchant for wearing dresses ala Marilyn Monroe, which upsets a few of the high-brows, but I don't hold that against her. She is far too humble and in her interviews she's a sweet-heart with her musical knowledge from some other planet. There are many many YouTubes of her performing with various orchestras, and she is utterly amazing. My favorite so far is Grieg's Piano Concerto if I had to pick only one.
