In another thread Matthew Lee wondered what was going into the old Detroiter spot, so knowing it was a secret, I went down and spoke with the new owner Thomas Russo, and he gave me the go ahead to leak it out.

Let me assure you of something Thomas, and the Russo family know food, especially Italian Food! Thomas along with his family have a long and illustrious history in the food, restaurant and grocery store business. Thomas himself is a stake holder in many favorite spots around Cleveland, but this one is all his.
"I love theme restaurants." Said Russo, "especially if they serve great food." He went on to speak of his love of food and restaurants, but then broke off to talk about how much he loved Lakewood, its diversity, and everything happening around town.
"We hope to be open mid-December." We will check back before that I assured him.
