Annoying drone from the INA building

Has anyone else noticed it? I walked around downtown yesterday and determined the drone is coming from the HV/AC system on the building's roof. Not sure what I'm talking about? Go to Marc's and stand at the entrance facing INA, you'll hear it. I live over on Andrews and you can hear it plain as day.

It sounds very similar to the whining drone coming from Lakewood Center North about 10-15yrs ago. The owners of that building, despite living in Arizona, were able to squelch that drone with some sort of sound-proofing vent system.

Anyone know the proper channels to attempt to get this new whining drone eliminated? Lakewood used to be a wonderfully quiet city in the mornings, not anymore. Sound pollution like this needs to be addressed, I'm just not sure where to start.

I am planning on calling the management of the building to hear what they have to say.

I'm wondering if you heard anything from the building's management.
It's been loud and clear on French for some time now, and will be a bigger nuisance once the weather cools and we open the windows.

I too have noticed it and it's irritating to say the least. I wasn't sure exactly where it was coming from but it sure makes front porch sitting less enjoyable with the incessant drone. Seems like something that should be corrected immediately or the offending party issued a nuisance citation.

Walked uptown last night and what did I hear? NOTHING!

The drone has subsided for now, yay!

Man, the power of the Observation Deck is amazing! One post and my complaint was addressed, fantastic. I didn't even get the chance to call the INA building's management...

Now that's what I call results.
