Does anyone know of any such work he has done? The article links to this, http://www.cleveland.com/cuyahoga-count ... _firm.html, and http://placevalue.com/ doesn't appear to be a developer and Fitzgerald is not currently listed as a VP.

A developer? Hardly.

Here is an article about his spending his leftover gubernatorial campaign funds. He likes to go out to eat and fund his "projects" like Great Lakew Strategies. And help elect pro-Build Lakewood candidates.

Oh, and "invest" in "community newspapers" to support political candidates!

It's all clear now. Looks like he lost his job at Placevalue. He must not have offered them any value

Though I see his new gig with Butler is advertising itself as offering services similar to his previous employer.

Did he have a non-compete clause?

Okay folks, remember this--- once this proposal charade is completed watch for this (sub paragraph). The City of Lakewood will use its credit rating to guarantee the bonds and loans that would be necessary for any private developer.

Nothing could go wrong with that.

Do you mean the credit rating that has been temporarily enhanced by false claims about the value of the deal...before the deficits caused by the lost taxes and rent?

Also, let's keep our eye out for the 2016 Annual Report ("2016 CAFR").

This is going to be interesting.

The Finance Director has made a sworn affidavit about specific named revenues that the Master Agreement generates for the City.

Let's see if any of those revenues turn-up in the 2016 CAFR or how they finesse this materially false statement about City revenue in that Report or in coming reporting years.

It's going to have to be quite a wiggle.

If anyone else feels this is fishy, please contact the below listed entities. One complaint may not be enough to get attention, but if enough complaints are received about this apparent corruption, perhaps someone will look into it:

Cleveland FBI Field Office
ATTN: Complaints Department
1501 Lakeside Ave. E.
Cleveland, Ohio 44114

Ohio Auditor of State
ATTN: Public Integrity Assurance Team
88 E. Broad St. P.O. # 1140
Columbus, Ohio 43215

Those are the only entities I can think of off the top of my head. I was hoping the media would come in and cover this now that Mr. Summers appears to have been caught with his pants down, but why waste breath? I have heard they are still not interested. How long can this dog and pony show continue to go on before they're caught not with their pants not down, but off?

What kind of power can one man have?
